How to order:

There are a couple of easy ways to order: (1) Email, (2) Postal Mail
Make check/money orders payable to "At The Heart Services."

(1) E-mail stories with picture files to ten13@cfl.rr.com. Mail your check or money order to the address listed below. Upon receipt of your check or money order, your Keepsake will be posted.

(2) Mail your printed or typed stories to:

  Attn: Elena Pietrantonio
  801 Vance Circle NE
  Palm Bay, FL 32905

Please include your name, phone number, address, and a check or money order for $50.

Photographs:
A few words about photographs:

  • Each Keepsake includes up to 21 photographs, (one signature photo and the remaining placed in the photo album). You can submit additional photos for $5 each.
  • Photographs may be color or black and white.
  • They may be print or digital (whether scanned or from a digital camera).
  • Prints should not be larger than 8-1/2” x 11”.
  • Remember that you don’t need to own a scanner to make digital copies of your photographs. Many copy shops provide scanners and technical assistance to transfer your pictures into a digital file.
  • E-mail images to ten13@cfl.rr.com.
  • Prints should be mailed to At The Heart Services, Attn: Elena Pietrantonio, 801 Vance Circle NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905. Prints will be returned via USPS.
  • Irreplaceable items should be copied before shipping. (Copies should be photographic reprints, NOT photocopies.)
